Esther van der Tak

As office manager Esther has a large variety and diversity of tasks at BoPInc. Besides being responsible for a smooth running of daily affairs in the office, she takes care of all contract management, our digital archive, purchasing office goods, etc. She supports the management in GDPR matters and operates as assistant to the Managing Director.

Esther has a diverse education background and work experience. After working in the family business she worked for several profit and non-profit organisations. Quality management, ICT and planning are her core qualities. She's convinced that in a non-profit organisation she is at her best. 

Over the years she had various volunteer positions in welfare and healthcare. Currently she's actively involved in projects concerning youth with chronic headache and their quality of life. Also she organizes several sessions that provide information for people with a chronic illness. Driven by the desire to improving the quality of people's live with knowledge and cooperation, she came to work with BoPInc.
