As a Project Manager, Trisha oversees the implementation of projects related to inclusive business empowerment and marketing and distribution. She is currently managing the KMAP and IAP projects focused on aquaculture in Kenya and innovative business models in Africa. Trisha brings 10 years’ experience developing inclusive businesses and consulting with low-income entrepreneurs in Africa, Latin America and the US.

Prior to BoPInc she developed and tested business models for NOTS, a portable solar lamp distributor in Rwanda and Mali, managed a responsible sourcing initiative at Danone and consulted and educated low-income entrepreneurs for community-based non-profits in Guatemala and Washington DC. She holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Trisha’s passion for entrepreneurship and sustainable business development stems from her time living and working with the BoP.  Seeing the positive impact that business can have both financially and personally, especially for women, motivates Trisha in her daily work.
