Eunice Mumo Sila

Eunice an enterprise support expert with over five years of experience promoting women’s economic empowerment through business development initiatives. She has an academic background in agriculture and professional experience in enterprise development with a strong focus on enabling small and medium enterprises to grow sustainably and inclusively.

Before joining at Bopinc, she supported the implementation of inclusive development projects, including working with Self Help Africa to support the implementation of the Women in Trade Programme. In this role, I promoted export marketing for women- and youth-led enterprises by addressing trade barriers through access to markets (quality standards and certifications), access to finance, policy advocacy, and strategic partnerships.In a different role, she provided business advisory and technical support, prepared enterprises for investor readiness, and facilitated market access through product development, compliance, and certification.
