Kalkidan Beide Getachew

Kalkidan holds a master’s degree in human resources & organizational development from the College of Educational Planning & Behavioral Sciences at Addis Ababa University and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the College of Business & Economics at Addis Ababa University. Kalkidan has worked for several multinational companies in FMCG & Telco sector. She has wide experience in capability development of commercial teams through behavioral study of customers & consumers, translating the insight into strategic alignment and execution through business models and route to consumer design. Kalkidan was part of the greenfield team in Safaricom Ethiopia’s launch responsible for developing the commercial team's capabilities from the ground up. Here she also gained experience researching innovative ways to deliver telecom products to the base of the pyramid.
