Kimberly Schoenmaker

Kimberly brings extensive expertise in gender inclusion, women's rights, programme management, and strategic partnerships. Before joining Bopinc, she spent over six years at Women Win as Programmes Manager, advancing women’s rights in STEM, entrepreneurship, and value chains such as floriculture and tea. Earlier in her career, she co-founded and ran a social enterprise in the Netherlands and Kenya - an experience that strengthened her entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build initiatives from the ground up.

She holds a BSc in Global Public Health from Leiden University College and an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester. By aligning inclusive approaches with robust partnerships, she ensures that programmes achieve meaningful and lasting results.
