Lynda Allaby Houessou has a passion for marketing. She holds a master’s degree in marketing strategy and has worked for 8 years at the sales and marketing division of a leader in beverages the SOBEBRA-Group Castel. She was responsible for reaching the volume targets that were set for the different brands. After this her experience expanded more in the agri-food sector where she managed the Marketing department. She was also in charge of defining the marketing policy for food products as soft drinks and water but also non-food products.
Her career path has strengthened her managerial skills being strongly result driven. Joining the BoPInc team represents a unique opportunity for Lynda to work with and for people in Africa. She believes that the African continent is the continent of the future. With her experience in the Agrifood sector and especially that of beverages, she is currently working on the BeninCaju project of TNS Benin for the development of cashew apple drinks. With the project team, she has three major challenges to tackle: 1. the Marketing and Distribution level 2. Packaging and 3. New product innovation. All three challenges are a big opportunity for Lynda to excel.
