Nicolette, originally from South Africa, is a Project Manager based in our Utrecht office in the Netherlands. She has a strong entrepreneurial drive and brings to the team experience in business development, innovation and change management. Nicolette studied at Stellenbosch University and at HEC Paris School of Management where she graduated in Business Management (B.Comm), Strategy & Innovation (B.CommHons) and Sustainable Development (MSc).
Prior to joining Bopinc Nicolette held Change Management and Business Development roles at Accenture; implemented a BoP business model for Procter & Gamble in Kenya; and managed social innovation projects at the University of Stellenbosch. In her personal capacity and as entrepreneur she consulted on innovation and sustainability to public and private institutions in South Africa, and for several years owned/operated a popular coffee café in Cape Town.
Nicolette is passionate about the role the private sector can play in alleviating poverty and in addressing social development challenges. She enjoys working with diverse groups of stakeholders, stimulating innovation among them and facilitating ecosystem collaboration.
