Nosa Osunde is an experienced development and private sector professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering programmes that support inclusive markets, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business growth. His work focuses on programme design, partnership development, and business model innovation, with a strong emphasis on solutions that improve outcomes for low-income consumers, producers, and micro-enterprises.

He has extensive experience working across donor-funded and private-sector initiatives, supporting MSMEs, financial institutions, and ecosystem actors to improve access to finance, strengthen value chains, and develop market-based solutions. Nosa has contributed to programmes spanning agriculture, MSME development, access to finance, and inclusive business, working closely with public and private stakeholders to translate strategy into practical implementation.

Over the course of his career, Nosa has worked with organisations including GIZ, USAID, CNFA, IFDC, Heifer International, and Wema Bank, where he supported multi-stakeholder partnerships, led programme design and delivery, and facilitated capacity building and market systems development across Nigeria.

Nosa holds postgraduate qualifications in Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies, Public–Private Partnerships, and Business Administration, and is a certified trainer and coach. He is passionate about creating inclusive, scalable solutions that enable businesses and communities to thrive.
