Oiza Nicholson

Oiza Nicholson is a sustainability, entrepreneurship, and leadership strategist, and Managing Director of Perazim Impact Consulting—a Pan-African advisory firm enabling governments, investors, and enterprises to translate climate ambition into bankable, inclusive growth. With over two decades of experience across Africa, she has led portfolios exceeding £700 million for organisations including Palladium, the UK FCDO, and the UK Department for International Trade. She has managed multi-country operations and teams of over 350 professionals, driving operational excellence and improving statutory country office compliance by over 80%.

Her work has empowered over two million women and young people, supported 75+businesses, and mobilised over US$19 million in investment. She is recognised for bridging policy, private capital, and execution, structuring partnerships with institutions such as the World Bank and United Nations. Through Perazim, she focuses on investment readiness, ESG performance, and access to carbon markets and green finance. She also serves as Sustainability and Impact Partner to a Dutch-supported Circular Economy Investment Fund, leading ESG strategy and carbon market pathways.

She is deeply committed to operationalising Africa’s talent and resource potential through sustainability, bridging vision with execution to unlock capital, scale enterprises, and drive inclusive, long-term growth.
