Finance and Admin Officer Bangladesh

Asma is an enthusiastic and passionate professional with over 10 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in Finance, Accounts, HR, and Administration. Before joining Bopinc, Asma worked with Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM), Centre for Disability in Development (CDD), COAST Foundation, and a Singapore-based private company.

She has made significant contributions to a diverse array of projects, including initiatives focused on TB Control, Road Safety, Innovative Pathways for Employment Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities, and Promotion of Social and Environmental Standards in the Industry (PSES). Additionally, she has played pivotal roles in core programs such as Microfinance and social business initiatives aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs.

Asma has actively participated in numerous voluntary activities and has served as a voice artist on projects promoting gender equity, women empowerment, climate change, and the rights of persons with disabilities in both Bangladesh and West Bengal, India.

Asma holds a Master's Degree in Governance and Development Studies from Jahangirnagar University and is currently pursuing her second Master's in Finance from Dhaka University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
